ANSWER from Charles Whetsel on May 16, 1997:
The mass of the MGS spacecraft as launched to Mars was 1061.9 kg.  Of that,
388.2 kg was propellant and 673.7 was the mass of the spacecraft "dry"
(without the propellant).

The spacecraft when it was launched weighed a total of 791.5 kilograms.
The lander by itself weighs 362.9 kilograms.  The rover weighs 10.6
kilograms.
