how hard your job is.

You might say it's hard - I needed a master's degree
in Computer Science to get this job.

Working with computers comes naturally to me, and I enjoy it, so the
job doesn't seem so hard when I do it. Now that my job requirements
more leadership (which does not come so naturally), I've found I've
had to learn an awful lot to be able to do it well.

Although some consider what I do very hard, I think I would have had a
much harder time doing a job for which I have no natural talent at all
(A professional musician or athlete for example).
